A Vienese Biedermeier period 90 day regulator clock. Beautiful rosewood cabinet enclosing a 7" dial with a gilt brass piecrust bezel, fronting a 90 day single weight driven movement. The dial has roman numerals and the maker is Adolf Gradetzkn, in Brunn. The length of the case is 48 inches and the width is 12 inches. This clock was purchased in 1996 from Gerard Campbell, Antique Clocks, for £6,400. There are original receipts, overhaul paperwork, etc, with this clock.
